Return Policy – VisionRelief™
At VisionRelief™, our goal is to redefine winter apparel through innovative heating technology that provides comfort and warmth beyond what any regular jacket can offer. We are confident in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before deciding on a return.
If after 14 days of use you are still not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may take advantage of our money-back guarantee within 60 days of delivery. Contact us at visionrelief.store@gmail.com.
Order Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be in processing, and we may not be able to modify it.
If the order is cancelled within 24 hours, the refund will be issued within 7 business days.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our products. If, after at least 14 days of use, they do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 60 days of delivery under our money-back guarantee.

Damaged Products
We take care to ensure that VisionRelief™ products are properly protected during transport. A damaged product is defined as one that is defective or physically broken. Damaged packaging (e.g., a dented box) is not considered product damage if the product itself is fully functional.
If the product arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Send an email to visionrelief.store@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. If the claim is approved, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
We do not refund or replace products damaged due to normal wear, usage, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We strive to ensure fast and timely delivery, but VisionRelief™ is not responsible for delays resulting from factors beyond our control (carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances).
We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. In such cases, please contact the carrier directly.
Incorrect Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. If the address is entered incorrectly and we are not informed within 24 hours, no reshipment or refund will be issued.
